Giulio Arnofi
Giulio Arnofi graduated in Conducting at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan with Daniele Agiman. He then specialized with Maurizio Arena and attended masterclasses by Julius Kalmar, Dominique Rouits, Günter Neuhold and Matteo Beltrami. He studied Composition with Cristina Landuzzi and followed Alberto Zedda's Vocal Interpretation course at the Accademia Rossiniana in Pesaro.
He was assistant to Corrado Rovaris for Don Giovanni at the Teatro Regio in Parma, Sesto Quatrini for Die Zauberflöte at the Teatro Regio in Turin, Evelino Pidò for The Barber of Seville at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, and Gianluca Marcianò for The Force of Destiny at the Teatro Principal in Mallorca.
In this last period he has collaborated and will collaborate with: the Milan Symphony Orchestra, Toscanini Philharmonic Orchestra, Padua and Veneto Orchestra, North Czech Philharmonic, FVG Orchestra, the strings of the Orchestra della Toscana, Chamber Orchestra of Pordenone, Accademia d'Arrigoni String, Lecce and Salento Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra of Città Metropolitana di Bari
His opera and symphonic commitments include William Walton's The Bear at the Teatro dell'Opera Giocosa in Savona, Rossini's The Barber of Seville at the Varna State Opera (Bulgaria), Don Giovanni at the Teatro Carcano in Milan, Rossini's Stabat Mater at the Teatro Comunale “Claudio Abbado” in Ferrara, La Traviata at the Teatro Mancinelli in Orvieto, Die Zauberflöte again at Teatro Comunale in Ferrara.
