The heart in the hands. The ancient Bolognese arts

A narrative installation dedicated to traditional knowledge, protected with the De.Co award: a heritage to be rediscovered, protected and handed down to future generations, made up of knowledge, manual skills and ancient gestures, part of the cultural fabric of a large territory and of the communities that inhabit it.

The Bolognese “burattino” and its theater, the “merletto” of the Aemilia ars and the decorative arts, the “scalpellino” technique and sculpture in arenaria, “Budrio's ocarina” with its unique shapes and characteristics in the world are the protagonists of the story.
