International conference that anticipates the 2024 edition of the Bologna Portici Festival.

The conference celebrates the recognition of Bologna’s porticoes as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The event wants to discuss how to protect the historic urban landscape and promote the role of UNESCO sites.

The objective of the two-day event is to identify common strategies to preserve city assets from the impact of challenges such as climate change or catastrophic events, but also ways of protecting and enhancing them in everyday life, promoting the sense of community and the active participation of citizenship in taking care of the common heritage.
